JR began his Idaho Real Estate career in 2014, a year later he met Zach and a partnership became a brotherhood. Since 2014, JR has dedicated his life to growing wealth in real estate and creating a lifestyle to be with his family. JR, his wife and daughter, run a small ranch in the outskirts of Caldwell. In JR’s spare time he takes care of the ranch, the family’s cattle and horse operation and gets away to the mountains hunting. JR’s passion in real estate is helping others succeed. Before real estate, Zach created and sold an appliance business in Canyon County in 2009. That business scratched the surface for Zach understanding the business of people and understanding finances. After being licensed for over 10 years now, Zach has helped hundreds of people w/ homeownership. Zach loves seeing his first-time buyers come full circle after multiple purchases and sells, setting themselves up for financial freedom as well as experienced investors moving properties to maximize growth.
